Im so disappointed in this shop. Ive trusted this shop for a really long time and I am sorry to have to post. However yesterday 7/25/26. My husband and I have been having some trouble with our ac just cutting off but the last few days it was working on and off. This particular day it was fine. AC blowing great so we decided, well even though it working lets go and get it checked out just in case. Something told us to wait since it was fine but we trust these guys. When we brought the truck this was the recommended location to go fix our truck. The first time they didnt charge us because they decided not too. We didnt ask. We wer3 very appreciative of thay service. So as we are waiting and they take our truck in, we waited an hour for them to tell us the truck needed freeon and a charge but their could be a leak. We saif okay he said it was going to be 200, we just said it was a little high so we'll have to try somewhere else. We didny get upset we are all cordial. We waited another 10 minutes. Ram tire was very fast, professional and convenient. They take card ans are very straightforward. I was able to get 2 used tires that were almost brand new. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

So today I had to take my car here because my ball joint came apart and I had to get the ball joints put in place. I also got new tires. Which the guys gave me a reasonable price for me considering I've been screwed over by other mechanics and I always appreciate the fastness that guys do

It's tough picking a tire repair shop, in an area you are unfamiliar with. However, the my experience with King Tire Shop was extremely positive. With any tire repair shop, there's always going to be a chance of being charged high prices for a simple flat / patch repair. Luckily, King Tire Shop is not out to take advantage of people. They were professional, I told them my problem (nail in tire) and they were repairing the tire within 5 minutes of getting there. After doing the patch repair, they did not try and upsale me on anything, simply 'you're all set'. The price was very reasonable and within the range of what a patch repair should be. If I ever need a patch repair and I'm in the area, I'll be sure to come back for the customer service and pricing.
